First, read these 5 points:
1) Online registration requires payment online.
Those who choose not to pay online are to download the form to register and pay by mail. Submit the form and your cheque by your country’s mail service to the address shown below.
2) Camp and Workshop Fees Include the Administration Fee
The fees that are listed on the registration form already include the administration fee. Please do not send an additional $50 unless you are choosing that amount as your donation to CASSA.
3) Deadlines - Avoid Disappointment
There are deadlines for registration. For many workshops and camps there are Early Bird prices which are less expensive than later registrations. Yes, we're trying to encourage you to commit early! It helps us with our planning and organization.
- The Early Bird deadline is May 15th for all Camps
- The deadline for Music Theory Workshop, Piano Pedagogy Workshop and Jazz Connection is June 15th.
There are limits on the numbers of students we can accommodate at camps and some camps with more limited capacity (such as piano camps) fill up quite early in the year so register early.
5) Applying for Financial Assistance
If you are applying for financial assistance, see the Bursaries and Grants page for information on deadlines (generally 6 to 8 weeks for processing). If you have questions about registration, deadlines or about applications for financial assistance, please call the CASSA office (403-271-0418).
